Coconut Buckwheat Porridge

A cream of wheat alternative made with delicate coconut flour and buckwheat flakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp buckwheat flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 cup / 250 ml milk (any type will do)
  • 1 cup / 250ml water

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring to the boil.
  • When boiling, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for around 10-15 minutes until creamy and thick. Add more liquid if necessary.
  • Take off the heat and serve with desired toppings.
