buckwheat flakes

coconut flour

cup / 250 ml
milk
(any type will do)

cup / 250ml
water
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring to the boil.
When boiling, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for around 10-15 minutes until creamy and thick. Add more liquid if necessary.
Take off the heat and serve with desired toppings.
