Today’s information and products are getting better each day. With all the research that is being done – people are being diagnosed earlier; which is a life saver for many people who have suffered for many years going from doctor to doctor not able to put a name on their illness. It took me 7 years before I was diagnosed. Trust me, it wasn’t pretty. I suffered terribly like many of you before I found someone who helped. It has been 8 years now that I have been living gluten free and it has been a world of difference.

This is what brought me to starting this site. I want to educate, inform and help everyone out there like me. The one difference with me is that I don’t just promote eating gluten free but I also promote and believe that the chemicals in our food and products today are endangering our health. So you will also hear from me about the dangers of all the cancer causing chemicals that are in our cosmetics and personal care products. Many people do not feel having gluten free personal care products is necessary and that is fine. I don’t force anyone to do, buy or use anything. I just put the information out there for you to make your own personal choice. Life is all about choices.

If you are confused about which gluten free personal care products are out there – please check my Online Store and see some of the companies that believe that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in your body. I will also be adding more products as time goes on. They are all great and I know if you just try them out – you will love them like I do.
